WICHITA FALLS, Texas (KAUZ) - Good morning Texoma! We’re off to a very mild, but very comfortable start this morning. Temperatures across Texoma are starting out anywhere from the low-60s to upper-60s. Some spots are even starting out in the low-70s this morning. Tomorrow is set to be another warm day as temperatures climb back into the upper-90s. The official forecasted high for today is 97F but spots in western and southwestern Texoma are expected to hit the century mark. Heading into tomorrow, we’ll see a cool front swing across Texoma and drop our temperatures into the upper-80s. There’s also the chance for a few pop up showers tomorrow, mainly across the southeastern parts of Texoma. These should be fairly light. Heading into the weekend, we’re still tracking storm chances that could have severe weather potential. There’s still a lot of questions to be answered, but that information will be available in the coming days.
