While a lot of organizations are holding their Halloween events on the weekend before the big day, all parents know that the kids are still going to expect some kind of candy-infused fun on the hallowed day itself. We've compiled a list of places (outdoor malls, churches, and government organizations) that promise a safe environment, lots of fun, and candy (of course) -- on Tuesday, October 31.Aurora
