Watch a movie with up to 20 of your best masked and socially distanced friends.

Cinemark Movie Theatres has created a way for people to have a socially distanced Halloween at the movies. As movie theaters around the country reopen, health and safety restrictions have made it more difficult to go to the movies. Cinemark is offering 1,000 lucky people a chance to have a private Halloween movie party with up to 20 of your nearest and dearest.

To win a party, simply go on the website or app on Friday, October 16. At 10:31 a.m. CST, the first 1,000 people to add a private party to their cart will win.

This will be the second private party giveaway this month. Cinemark held another giveaway in the first week of October the free parties that were claimed in minutes.

“Our guests have raved about Private Watch Parties, and we were thrilled that all 1,000 of them were claimed in record time during our giveaway this morning,” said Wanda Gierhart-Fearing, Cinemark CMO. “It is clear that people are looking for an alternative to haunted houses and trick-or-treating this year. To meet this overwhelming demand, we are giving away an additional 1,000 Private Watch Parties, providing more movie lovers the chance to have a really unique Halloween celebration.”

Partiers have a choice of five movies including Beetlejuice, The Nightmare Before Christmas, The Addams Family, A Nightmare on Elm Street, and Scream. Guests can wear costumes and take advantage of the theater’s food and drink specials. From October 29 to November 1, you can score a large popcorn for $5, large fountain drink for $2.50, and buy-one-get-one free on $2.50 candy.

Private watch parties can accommodate up to 20 guests and start at $99 for any movie. Private parties are a great way to see a new film and have a safe and socially distanced party with family and friends.
