On Thursday, the Colorado Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV) announced it was experiencing statewide outages. But the issues have since been resolved, said the DMV.

According to the DMV, affected services included the issuance and renewal of driver's licenses, ID cards, instruction permits, online driver's licenses, and ID services.

Drivers were urged to check dmv.colorado.gov/locations for updates on when the services will be restored or to reschedule their appointment.

"The DMV thanks Coloradans for their patience and understanding during the disruption," said the department.
