Election Day is drawing nearer, and Coloradans will soon be able to fill out their ballots.

County clerks will begin mailing out ballots starting Friday, October 11, so voters will likely find them in their mailboxes over the next few days.

If you're registered to vote in Colorado, you'll receive a ballot through the mail, but you can choose to vote either by mail or in person. Track your ballot through the process on the Secretary of State's website.

If you'd like to receive a ballot by mail, you must register to vote by October 28. If you register to vote after October 28, you must vote in person. You can register to vote in Colorado and vote through 7 p.m. on Election Day, November 5.

You've likely already received a Colorado Blue Book in the mail. That book explains the 14 statewide ballot measures voters will decide on this year. For each measure on the ballot, the Blue Book provides general information, arguments from proponents and opponents, and financial information. Read the Blue Book online.
