Whether you’re actually in the market for a home or just love to dream about the endless possibilities, the annual Parade of Homes is what you’ve been waiting for!
From August 9 to 26, some of Colorado’s most beautiful and elaborate homes currently for sale will be open for tours through the annual Parade of Homes event. A total of 75 designed model homes and custom homes will be on display throughout the Denver metro area, including five dream homes (meaning they’re priced over $900,000). The highest-priced home is a contemporary build in Lone Tree, worth $2.1 million. Only 19 homes are listed for under $400,000, with the lowest priced at $299,000.

How It Works:
- First of all, the event is completely FREE! You can tour these gorgeous home masterpieces to your heart’s content.
- Each of the Parade’s featured homes is open Thursdays through Sundays, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., for three weekends (August 9–August 26).
- Use the Parade of Homes’s handy website to narrow down which houses you want to see and then map out your route. You don’t have to see all your favorite houses in one day or even in one weekend — spread it out! (Pro-tip: Focus on one section of the city at a time.)
- Wear comfy shoes, plan out food and bathroom breaks in advance, and feel free to take as many photos as you like! For more tips on planning out your tour, click here.
