WICHITA FALLS, Texas (KAUZ) - Good morning Texoma! We’re off to a warm and humid start this morning with temperatures starting out in the low-to-mid-70s. Not only is it warm, but the dryline has shifted back to the west and has allowed for more moisture to flow back into Texoma. With that being said, it’s also humid this morning. Heading into the afternoon hours, temperatures will rise into the low-90s with mostly sunny skies. The dryline is expected to push east later this afternoon and will kick off some isolated storms. Our eastern counties (Montague, Jack, maybe Clay) could get in on a storm this afternoon. These storms are expected to be severe and will put down large hail, strong winds, and tornadoes are also possible. The *best* chance for significant, widespread severe weather is to the east of Texoma. Past today, temperatures pull back some heading into tomorrow.
