WICHITA FALLS, Texas (KAUZ) - The Wichita Falls Area Crime Stoppers are looking for 36-year-old Richard Winchell.

Crime Stoppers said Winchell is wanted for theft equal to or greater than $2,500 and less than $30,000.

Crime Stoppers described Winchell as a 5’11 man with brown hair and hazel eyes.

Wichita Falls Crime Stoppers recommends avoiding confronting Winchell and instead alerting law enforcement if you encounter him.
