Monnapule Saleng’s future at Orlando Pirates remains uncertain.

The talented winger made a name for himself at the club however, things have seemingly turned sour.

The player has been stealing the headlines of late, and now, a new report suggests he could soon be on his way out of the club!

According to the latest reports, Monnapule Saleng is set to request a move away from the club at the end of the season.

“He’s not happy with how he has been treated by Orlando Pirates,” an insider told Citizen regarding Saleng.

“He feels he deserves better especially for what he has done for the club. Even this season, he was doing well before this whole thing started. He just wants a fair deal from Pirates, that’s all.”

The talented winger’s contract is set to run out in Mayfair at the end of the season. However, the club have a two-year additional option which they’ve reportedly triggered.

In other news, Orlando Pirates have reignited their interest in a star Betway Premiership defender.

The club are looking to close all the gaps in their first team squad for next season.

According to the latest reports, Orlando Pirates are keen on signing Ivorian central defender Ismaël Traoré from Stellenbosch.

“He (Toure) is still on the club’s (Pirates’) radar, and it’s just a matter of when the club will be taking the interest forward by making a formal offer,” an insider told Soccer Laduma .

“If you look around the league, you will notice that he is one of the reliable and consistent defenders, and his performances haven’t gone unnoticed as interest in his services is growing.”
