CLEVELAND, Ohio - Authorities say they have arrested a man in connection with a shootout last year at a Waffle House in Summit County.

On Thursday, Springfield Township police arrested Rausheen Rivers, 21, of Akron in connection with the Sept. 28 incident, the department said in a social media post.
