HOUSTON, Texas. (WVLT) - Tennessee pitchers combined to allow just one run on Sunday, defeating Arizona 5-1 to win the Astros Foundation College Classic.

With the game tied at 1 in the fourth, Levi Clark’s solo home run gave Tennessee its first lead of the day.

The score remained the same until the 7th. Cannon Peebles gave the Volunteers some insurance with a two-run home run, his second of the season.

Brandon Arvidson earned the first win of his Tennessee career, tossing 1.2 scoreless innings. The first-year Vol struck out three Wildcats.

Gavin Kilen drove in his seventh run of the weekend to give Tennessee its final run of the day.

The Volunteers improve to 11-0. Tennessee will return to action on Tuesday against Radford at 6:00.
