This event has everything we love about the holidays—shopping and booze! Enjoy libations from the hot drinks bar while browsing area boutiques and their handcrafted, locally-made goods. Many of the vendors already have storefronts at The Wharf, so take a look at Array Floral Design Studio, Shop Made In D.C., A Beautiful Closet, and others for the perfect gift. Some real gems are available right at your fingertips!

Guests can also interact with artisans through hands-on tutorials. Learn how to plant terrariums with Jungle & Loom, step up your cookie-decorating game with Praline Bakery, or create a pair of earrings with Diament Jewelry. Let your imagination run wild (and take something home with you!). The cocktail demo with the critically-acclaimed Thrasher's Rum sounds especially tantalizing. We're happy to inform you these amazing demos are also free. You'll just need to sign up and reserve your spot!

How to Get There

The Wharf is accessible by a variety of methods, including car, bike, and water taxi. Due to The Wharf's layout, we recommend using public transportation. Guests can take the Metro's Green Line to reach the Waterfront Metro and L'Enfant Plaza Metro, which will take you straight to The Wharf.

The Wharf offers a free shuttle service that stops at the National Mall, L'Enfant Plaza Metro, and the International Spy Museum, and on quick 10-minute intervals, it is a convenient option compared to driving. For those who would rather drive, there is also a parking garage located under Maine Avenue SW.
