Memorial Day Ceremony at York Hall | Historic Yorktown | Monday

Gather at York Hall to celebrate and commemorate the veterans who fought for our freedom! There will be a posting of the colors, a guest speaker, and a laying of the wreaths! Admission is free – learn more here!

Memorial Day Celebration | Victory Arch, Newport News | Monday

Learn about the rich military heritage and celebrate all things military. Be sure to bring your veteran along with you so they can share their stories. Check out the event here!

Native Gardens | Wells Theater, Norfolk | Ongoing 

Witness this hilarious comedy as neighbors learn to be neighborly. Watch as the characters give their take on race, affluence, and influence. When is a fence more than just a fence? Memorial Day Commemorative Program | Palace Green | Monday

Honor and celebrate the veterans and the sacrifices that they made for the good of the people. Walk on the battleground as the drums and fifes lead the procession along. Be sure to bring along the special veteran in your life as there will be prayers, laying of wreaths, and musket volleys. Admission is free with general admission to Colonial Williamsburg.
