The fall season is here, guys! And what better way to celebrate the season of PSLs, scarves, changing leaves, and days indoors than a fall-themed cocktail? Today, we're gonna be diving into a recipe for a Fall Harvest Cocktail, which is basically our way of describing a mix of cider and ginger beer.
We realize that cider and ginger beer don't sound like the best combination, but when you add fresh fruit, cinnamon, and some bubbly, you'll be singing a different tune. So give this recipe a shot this season; hopefully, it'll be your new favorite fall drink! Cheers!
Fall Harvest Cocktail Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 6 cups ice (divided)
- 1/2 gallon apple cider (divided)
- 1 bottle prosecco (divided)
- 1 cup vodka (divided)
- 2 12-ounce cans of ginger beer (divided)
- 3 medium apples sliced (divided)
- 8 cinnamon sticks (divided)
- 1/2 cup cinnamon sugar
- 1 cup caramel sauce
Instructions:
- Add ice to a large punch bowl. Pour in apple cider, prosecco, vodka, and ginger beer. Add apples, oranges, and cinnamon sticks.
- Stir to combine.
- Rim glasses with cinnamon sugar and serve.
